Write an essay of 160-200 words based on the following drawing. In your essay, you should:
1) describe the drawing briefly, 2) explain its intended meaning, and then
3) state your point of view.
The picture depicts a man who is happily singing and walking home with his cute dog.
He is coming back from work carrying his briefcase, and he must have stopped by the market on his way, buying vegetables and fish.
As is suggested by the picture, he is exercising by waving the briefcase and basket together.

第一句是图画的总体描述，概括了画面人物，人物动作及其表情。
*句子剖析:”The picture depicts …”是句子的主干；who引导的从句是修饰man的定语从句。
第二句进一步挖掘图画的细节，进行了情景联想。
*句子剖析：逗号连接两个并列关系的分句。” carrying his briefcase” 和” buying vegetables and fish”分别是各个分句的伴随状语。
*must have done…用于肯定句中，表示对过去发生事情的肯定推测。
第三句归纳图画的象征寓意。
*句子剖析：逗号前面是as引导的非限制性定语从句，后半句是句子的主干。by后面接动词现在分词，作方式状语。
The picture is thought-provoking in that it endeavors to convince its audience that we can actually exercise anywhere, as long as we have the awareness of preserving health by exercise.
Nowadays a large number of people engage in brainwork, and lack adequate physical movement.
Moreover, many of them hold this deep-rooted view that in order to exercise they must squeeze time from their full schedule to go to a gym.
Therefore they tend not to exercise simply due to their scanty time.
However, the fact is that it is quite easy for everybody to exercise while walking on streets, traveling on buses, and even lying on bed—say, doing yoga.

第一句是全段的主题句，揭示了图画的象征寓意。
*句子剖析：句子主干是The picture is thought-provoking。In that 引导一个原因状语从句。其中还包含有that引导的宾语从句和as long as 引导的让步状语从句。
*endeavor to do …“努力去做某事”
第二句用事实说明，现如今缺乏体育运动的人很多。
*句子剖析：engage in和lack是两个并列谓语。
*a large number of 很多； engage in 从事
第三句引出人们普遍持有的一种关于运动的错误认识。
*句子剖析：句子主干是many of them hold this view…。That引导的view的同位语从句。
* deep-rooted 根深蒂固的
第四句是由于第三句的认识误区所带来的后果。
*句子剖析：这是个简单句，due to引导原因状语。
*tend to do…趋向于做某事； due to 由于
第五句从正面论证：运动无处不在。
*句子剖析：句子主干是the fact is …，that 引导表语从句，其中while是省略了主、谓语的时间状语从句。
*be easy for … to do...； say,在这里面是一个插入语，表示“比方说”
I reckon that the consciousness of maintaining health is significant for both individuals and the whole society.
On the individual level, it is vividly evidenced by the man in the picture that his exercise improves his health and mood as well.
On the social level, the improvement in quality of life contributes vastly to a harmonious society.
【第三段是论说文的方法建议段。】
第一句是本段的主题句，表明自己对于以上现象的观点。
*句子剖析：句子主干是I reckon…。That引导reckon的宾语从句。
*be significant for…
第二句是从个人的角度对主题句进行论证。
*句子剖析：句子主干是It is evidenced that…。It是形式主语，that引导真正的主语从句。

第三句式从社会的角度对主题句进行论证。
*句子剖析：该句是一个简单句，主干是the improvement…contribute to…
*contribute to 促成； harmonious society和谐社会
