2. Keep/stay abreast of sth 与···齐头并进；跟上···的发展步伐
例：Young people always keep abreast of the times.
年轻人总是紧跟时代的步伐。
3. by accident 偶然；意外地
4. be in accord with sb/sth同···相一致；与···相符合
5. be of no/little account 不重要的；无足轻重的
例：These obscure groups were of little account in either national or international politics.

这是在断言，和商业团体一起工作的政府，将会创造一种“新能源经济”，使每一个关联的公司能够盈利，每一个人都能富裕。
15. be bound up with 与某事紧密相连
例：Her illness is bound up with the pressure of her study and work.
她的疾病与她紧张的学习和工作有密切关系。
