2017考研英语临考必看：小作文标准信件要这样写！
考研写作小作文是一个格式大于内容的作文，一定要注意格式，保证绝对无误，甚至标点都不能点错哦!下面就跟跨考教育孟巍巍老师来学如何写出一篇标准信件吧!(一)首先称呼
称呼 (顶格写后面加逗号，正文部分开头缩进4个字符)
不认识的人，不知道是男是女： Dear Sir / Madam,(机构)/ To Whom It May Concern,(不建议用)
认识但不熟悉的人：
Dear Mr. / Ms. / Dr. / Prof.(后面的符号不能省) /Editor Smith,/(加尊称)
Dear editor,/ manager,/ professor,/dean/president(Dear teacher 不对)(加职位)
朋友： Dear Bob,
一群人：Dear team/all, Dear /friend
很多好学的同学问为什么用Dear，其实这个词并不一定表示你和他非常亲近，只不过是非常专业的写法，也很有礼貌!
如：2009(建议信)

2) make two or three suggestions.
这个是给编辑写信，你不认识他，就可以用Dear Sir or Madam，或者Dear editor
(二)1、表示感谢：(私人信不需要感谢)
(1) Thank you for….
Thank you for time and attention
(2) It would be highly appreciated if you could ….
It would be highly appreciated if you could take my suggestion ( application /invitation /request) into consideration
(3) I would be very grateful if ….
2、 期待回信(与收信人人数有关，一对多的不期待回复)
(1)I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. (私人)
(2)I am looking forward to a favorable reply(夸对方) at your earliest convenience. (公务)
(3)Your prompt attention to this letter would be highly appreciated.
(三)落款 【中间线以右(左对齐)】可以不用区分公务信函和私人信函
公务信函：Yours sincerely, Yours respectfully,
私人信函：Yours ( lovely),
