As is vividly depicted in the picture, a man is running on the treadmill with sweat streaming, and a piece of hamburger, an ice-cream and a cigarette are chasing him. The man just looks back on the delicious junk food without stopping exercising. Obviously, the man is not tempted by the food behind him and keeps running resolutely.
Simple as it is, what the picture conveys is thought-provoking. Whatever we do, we will encounter various kinds of temptations, such as the delicious junk food in the picture. If we are distracted by them, we won’t realize our goal and go far away from success. Imagine if the man in the picture stops running to have the delicious food, how can his body-building plan be effectively carried out and how can he keep healthy? Therefore, if we want to get what we aim for, we have to withstand what tempts us no matter how attractive the temptations are.
To be short, if we want to succeed, we should bear in mind that a resolute attitude matters much and we should say no to what distracts us.

图片生动描述了一个人在跑步机上流着汗跑步，其身后一个热狗、一份冰激凌、一支香烟正追着他。这个人只是回头看了看这些美味的垃圾食品，并没有停止锻炼。显然，这个人并没有受到身后食物的诱惑而是继续坚定地跑步。
尽管图片简单，但是它传递的信息让人深思。无论我们做什么，我们都会遇到各种各样的诱惑，正如图画中美味的垃圾食品。如果我们因为这些诱惑而分心，那么我们就不会实现目标，就会远离成功。想象一下如果图画中的人停止跑步去吃美味的食品，那他的健身计划怎能有效执行，他又怎能保持健康呢？所以，如果我们想要实现自己的目标，我们必须经受住诱惑我们的东西，无论诱惑有多么吸引人。
简而言之，如果我们想要成功，我们必须记住坚决的态度很重要，并且对干扰我们的事物说不。
