【译文】其中细节可能无法获知，但是准则制定者在独立性方面——这正是资产市场正常运行的关键——已经做出妥协了。
【析句】本句结构比较简单，由but连接两个转折的句子，第一句是The details may be unknowable；第二句中，主干是the independence of standard-setters is being compromised。注意两个逗号之间插入语部分essential to the proper functioning，相当于which is essential,由于主谓语相同，直接省略。
2. The IASB says it does not want to act without overall planning, but the pressure to fold when it completes its reconstruction of rules later this year is strong. (2010. 阅读. Text 4)
【译文】IASB表示它不想没有完整计划就冒然行动，但它在今年下半年完成规则修订时必须屈服的压力十分巨大。
【析句】例句2的结构与例1相同，都是but连接两个转折的句子，第一句中，says后有宾语从句；but后，主干是the pressure is strong，要注意不定式在这里的应用。to fold作定语，when it completes...是时间状语从句，都修饰pressure。
3. And dead markets partly reflect the paralysis of banks which will not sell assets for fear of booking losses, yet are reluctant to buy all those supposed bargains.(2010.阅读.Text 4)

【析句】本句有两个成转折关系的句子组成，由yet连接。前句，dead markets partly reflect the paralysis of banks，banks有which引导的定语从句；后句中，注意前后注意相同，都是dead markets,但系动词不同，分别是is,are,因此省略主语，连词yet后直接跟are。
